Kitchen Safety & Sanitation

Hello. I am Claire Bennett. I am eleven, and I teach Junior Academy. Mrs. Hale is our headmistress, but this hour is mine. This is week 10. Today's lesson is Kitchen Safety & Sanitation. Sit with me and we will learn it together. Glory to God in the kitchen starts with washed hands and a stable cutting board. We will learn the triangle of fire, knife, and contamination. You will know how to turn off a burner, where the fire extinguisher lives, and why raw chicken does not visit the salad. Hospitality that makes people sick is not hospitality.
