Hello. I am Claire Bennett. I am eleven, and I teach Junior Academy. Mrs. Hale is our headmistress, but this hour is mine. This is week 11. Today's lesson is Recipes, Measuring & Kitchen Tools. Sit with me and we will learn it together. A recipe is a letter from someone who already made the mistakes. We read it through before we light anything. We learn the difference between a teaspoon and a tablespoon — a difference that has ruined many cookies and a few friendships. Tools have names because precision is love when you cook for people.
