Breakfast & Simple Cooking

Hello. I am Claire Bennett. I am eleven, and I teach Junior Academy. Mrs. Hale is our headmistress, but this hour is mine. This is week 12. Today's lesson is Breakfast & Simple Cooking. Sit with me and we will learn it together. Most lives are not banquet lives. They are Tuesday lives. A young woman who can put oatmeal, eggs, fruit, and coffee or tea on a table without chaos is already practicing family care. We cook with joy, we clean as we go, and we sit down long enough to be a family if we can.
