Sit with me and we will learn it together. Meg shops with a list because a grocery store is designed to make you forget why you came. Meal planning is household leadership: you look at the calendar, the pantry, the ads, and the people you are feeding, and you decide before you spend. Unit price tells the truth that a pretty package hides. Waste is expensive twice — once at the register and again in the trash. We do not worship cheapness, and we do not confuse spending with care. We buy what we will actually cook.
